Team Manager, Network

For a client, a large Danish IT provider, we are seeking a Team Manager for a specialized network team. The role requires a leader who can both inspire followership and at the same time understand the technical discussions that are a natural part of daily life in a highly specialized environment.

You will be the link between business, customers and technology, and your ability to combine leadership with technical insight will be crucial for the team's success. You must ensure that the employees have the right framework to deliver stable and modern network solutions, while also contributing to the continued development of the area.

This is a role for you who thrive in people leadership, but who also wish to be a professional sparring partner for experienced specialists in enterprise network infrastructure.

Your responsibility and your influence

• Lead, develop and motivate a team consisting of 13 network and infrastructure specialists.
• Ensure high professional quality and stable operation within the network and data center area.
• Act as a technical sparring partner for employees, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prioritize resources and create the right frameworks for effective task execution.
• Support competency development, well-being and performance in the team.
• Drive improvements, standardization and development of network and infrastructure services.

Your profile

It is important that you

• Has solid leadership experience with personnel responsibility for technical specialists.
• Has strong technical understanding of enterprise networks and data center infrastructure.
• Has experience from larger enterprise environments or hosting/operational organizations.
• Can navigate technical dialogues with both employees and customers.
• Has good collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Communicates professionally in Danish and English.

It is advantageous if you

• Have experience with technologies from for example Cisco, Aruba, HPE or Fortinet.
• Have worked in a Managed Services, Hosting or IT operations organization.
