Team Leader for the residential facility Kløverengen

Who are we?

Kløverengen is part of Vallensbæk Municipality and is a temporary residential facility with 41 places under the Social Services Act §§ 107 and 108 for citizens with psychosocial problems and psychiatric diagnoses.

We are in the middle of an exciting development, where we are investing massively in professionalism, quality and employee development. We have just completed a 5-day basic KRAP training, which we are now beginning to incorporate into our practice, which already includes a mentalizing approach, Motivational Interviewing and a strong documentation practice.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of staff, including well-being, development and sparring
• To ensure high professional quality in the pedagogical and health-care oriented efforts
• To create structure, overview and stable operations
• To be a visible and accessible leader in everyday life
• To ensure high quality in documentation, follow-up and collaboration with authorities
• To support implementation of professional methods and workflows

Practical

The position is without an upper service time, but based on 37 hours per week. Expected start 1 January 2027. Salary and terms of employment according to the current collective agreement and the Ny Løn principles. The salary level for this position is expected to be in the range of 45,000 - 48,000 DKK + pension, but will always be based on individual negotiation.

It would be advantageous if you have experience with KRAP, Low Arousal, mentalization or other relevant approaches.
