Technical Consultant for Tool Inspection in Central Jutland - Re-advertisement

We are looking

UCE Quality Control is seeking a Technical Consultant for tool control in Central Denmark Region as of January 1, 2027 or by agreement.

About the job

You will join a team of technical consultants who perform ISO 9001 certified tool calibration within the transportation industry as well as repair inspection for the Danish Transport Authority.

In addition to the qualification requirements set as a requirement for new hires, you as a new consultant will undergo thorough onboarding on the company’s premises, about ISO standards and the basic calibration control tasks, followed by on-site onboarding at customers where all tasks are also reviewed.

Ongoing product training with suppliers is arranged in connection with new equipment for the workshops.

Attendance at relevant trade fairs both in Denmark and abroad is expected to establish contact with suppliers of equipment for the industry.

It is expected that you continuously keep yourself professionally up to date.

You must participate in an annual external audit, where your professional knowledge and daily tasks will be reviewed.

Your qualifications

We expect that you are/have/can

• Trained mechanic with at least 5 years of professional experience - preferably supplemented with a qualification as a vision tester
• Experience using relevant testing equipment both mechanical and electrical within the automotive industry.
• IT experience at a user level in Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and structure your working time based on a customer register.
• Residing in the Silkeborg/Herning area.

Working hours

The position is a full-time job, equivalent to 37 hours per week with flexible working hours, which you plan yourself. Traveling from your home address.

Employment conditions

This concept has since been expanded in connection with the privatization of vehicle inspection in 2005, and the possibility of re-inspection at auto repair shops. In this context, we were approved by the Danish Transport Authority as a control company, which also meant that we were ISO-certified.
