Do you want to take responsibility for customer projects from order to delivery?

For BN Skilte in Randers we are looking for a sales and project coordinator who can create momentum in the projects and ensure a good experience for customers. You will become part of a high-tempo team, close collaboration and tasks in many sizes – from a single signage solution to larger deliveries across stores.

Your role

In close collaboration with the salesperson and after initial dialogue, you take responsibility for the project's further course. You maintain ongoing contact with the customer and coordinate with production and external partners, so the task is completed successfully.

The position is based at the Randers office. Customer meetings may occur, but the daily task resolution mainly takes place at the office.

Your main tasks will be to

• drive customer projects from order to delivery – both small, quick tasks and larger processes
• be the customer's contact person along the way and follow up on agreements and progress
• coordinate with production, salespeople and external partners
• process orders in the ERP system Uniconta
• ensure that the customer has a good experience and that the solution is delivered as agreed

Who are you?

You have experience with customer contact and with coordinating or driving tasks from start to finish. You do not need to know the signage industry, but you must be able to take ownership, keep an overview and thrive in a day when things move quickly.

• work independently and follow your tasks through to the end
• communicate clearly with both customers and colleagues
• enjoy the variation between smaller tasks and larger projects
• are familiar with digital work tools; experience with ERP, Excel or SharePoint is an advantage
• contribute energy and good collaboration in the team

Your background can vary. The most important thing is that you have experience to draw on, preferably from a company with its own production, as well as a desire to take responsibility for customers and projects in practice.
