About the job

A job with meaning, a steady partner in the house, and a strong sense of community behind you – does that sound like you?

Do you want a workday where your work can be felt by the people living around you? And do you thrive on solving practical tasks, taking responsibility, and meeting others with a smile? Then Rønnebækhus might be the place for you.

At Rønnebækhus you get a fixed workplace where you can see the results of your efforts every day. And you won’t be standing alone: the house requires two employees for daily operations, so you have each other to keep everyday life running. At the same time, you are part of Municipal Properties, where we always help each other across.

About the job – a everyday life where you make a difference You are responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of Rønnebækhus, so buildings, common areas, and outdoor spaces are safe, neat, and well-functioning. You will meet both residents, staff, and external craftsmen during the day.

One day you might repair something in a common area or check an fault in a technical installation. The next you follow up on fire safety, register a task digitally, or ensure that the outdoor areas look proper. You plan your tasks yourself and have the opportunity to see the result of your efforts.

Your tasks include among other things

  • Conduct daily inspections of buildings, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
  • Carry out minor repairs and practical maintenance.
  • Follow up on faults in technical installations.
  • Carry out and document relevant DKV tasks, including fire safety.
  • Register and follow up on tasks in IT systems.
  • Collaborate with residents, staff, colleagues, and external contractors.

About us – we are strongest when we help each other You become part of Municipal Properties. We are 22 women and men aged 35 - 62 with different professional backgrounds, and we manage about 105,000 m² spread across 55 municipal properties. At Rønnebækhus there are two employees for the tasks in the building. You therefore get both a close colleague in everyday life and a larger team you can lean on.

Our greatest strength is the sense of togetherness. When a colleague needs a hand, we help each other – also across trades and workplaces. We share knowledge, find solutions together, and have an informal tone with room for humor.

Here you get the best from two worlds: a fixed base where you get to know the residents and the house, and a large team of colleagues who back you up. You get freedom with responsibility, the opportunity to plan your tasks, and training when you need to learn something new. And you can go home with the feeling that you have made a concrete difference for others.

Who are you? We are looking for a helpful and responsible colleague who enjoys working with people and making practical things work.

  • You have practical and technical understanding and can solve minor maintenance tasks.
  • You can work independently and follow your tasks through to completion.
  • You are a cheerful and smiling person who is good at talking to everyone.
  • You meet older residents with respect, patience, and courtesy.
  • You are familiar with IT or find it easy to learn new digital tools.
  • You have a driving license for a car (category B).

Experience with property management, technical service, or DKV Brand is an advantage, but not a requirement. We provide relevant training.
