You will become part of a coordination team of three employees, where you together ensure an efficient planning of the company's nationwide service technicians. About the position

As Technical Service Coordinator you will be responsible for the daily planning and allocation of the company's service technicians as well as handling technical customer inquiries.

A significant part of the job consists of receiving inquiries from customers, uncovering their technical issues and assessing what actions are needed. You must therefore have a good technical understanding and be able to ask the relevant questions so that the service technicians receive the necessary information to solve the tasks.

You plan and book service tasks, coordinate spare parts and ensure ongoing communication between customers and technicians. In case of acute operational stoppages you must be able to reprioritize the day’s plan and ensure that the most critical tasks are handled quickly and efficiently.

In addition, the position includes creation and administration of service tasks in Microbizz, handling of complaints, approval of time registrations as well as various administrative tasks in collaboration with the spare parts coordinator and the technical service manager.

You report to the Technical Service Manager and work from the company’s office in Greve.

Who are you?

You have a good technical understanding and preferably a background such as mechanic, electrician, service technician, carpenter, workshop foreman, workshop manager or similar. The decisive factor is not your educational background, but that you have an interest in machines and technical solutions and can familiarise yourself with different technical problems.

You have experience with customer contact and are used to working structured with several simultaneous tasks. You can prioritise and maintain an overview, also when acute situations arise that require changes to the planned workday.

You work independently, have a solution-oriented approach and communicate professionally with both customers and colleagues.

Experience with planning and allocation of service technicians is an advantage, but not a requirement. You will receive thorough training in the company’s workflows and IT systems, including Microbizz and Dynamics AX/Axapta.

You speak and write Danish and can operate in English. In addition, you have ordinary experience with IT and administrative systems.
