At RensFyn we work with everything from window cleaning and high-pressure cleaning to damage service after water, moisture and soot damage. That means our workdays can look very different – and we think that's one of the good things about the job!

We are therefore looking for a colleague who thrives with variation, wants to learn new things and is not afraid to tackle different types of tasks.

In short: We are not looking for someone who only wants one thing. We are looking for someone who wants it all!

What will you do?

You will become part of our team and will work across our different areas.

Your tasks will include, among others

• Traditional window cleaning and window cleaning with pure water system
• High-pressure cleaning of tiles, facades and roofs
• Algae treatment and other exterior cleaning tasks
• Damage restoration, including tasks related to water, moisture and soot damage
• Other practical tasks where there is a need for an extra set of hands

Some days you work independently, other days with your colleagues. The common thread for the tasks is that we expect you to take responsibility and do a good job.

Can't do it all? We don't expect you to!

If you have experience from one or more of our areas of work, that is of course an advantage. But we provide the necessary training in the tasks you do not yet know.

On the other hand, we expect you to have the desire to learn and not be the type who says: "It's not my desk."

We are looking for a colleague with good work ethic, practical understanding and the right attitude.

• Have hands-on skills and flair for practical work
• Are reliable, responsible and can work independently
• Are not afraid of physical work or getting dirty hands
• Are curious, quick to learn and want to develop your competencies
• Take initiative and see what needs to be done – even without being asked
• Can collaborate with different colleagues and contribute to a good atmosphere
• Are service-minded and can communicate clearly and respectfully with our customers
• Appear well-groomed and presentable with good personal hygiene and a professional demeanor, as you daily represent RensFyn with our customers
• Take pride in delivering a solid piece of work – whether you clean windows, clean tiles or help repair flood damage

We do not expect you to come with a long list of courses and certificates. We are far more interested in your attitude, your work ethic and your desire to become proficient.

If you do not yet have experience with all tasks, we offer thorough training and opportunity for wage development as you build new competencies and can handle more tasks independently.

At RensFyn we have ambitions, and we are not afraid to be proud of what we do!

We have for four years in a row been nominated for Craftsman of the Year , and in 2025 we could even take the title as Craftsman of the Year in the Algae Treatment category to bring home. In 2026 we were also named Børsen Gazelle – a recognition of the development and growth we have created together.
