About the job

You will become part of Technical Service in Property Services, where you will be responsible for the operation of one of the Municipality's properties, but you must also be prepared to work across the districts in Technical Service and help colleagues.

You must therefore be able to collaborate broadly, with both colleagues and users at our properties, which consist of schools, care centers, administrative buildings, etc. Here you will, together with the users, tailor your work

The tasks include, among others

• operation and service of fire alarm systems and access control including ABA, AIA, ADK
• responsibility for the technical installations, including the CTS system
• access control including key management
• instruction and coordination of external craftsmen
• occasional practical and craft tasks in the area
• maintenance of green areas

About you

We expect that you

• are trained property service technician or have another relevant craft background, or experience from similar
• have experience with service, maintenance and contact with citizens and suppliers
• can work in a structured way.
• can quality assure and follow up on craft tasks
• have good IT knowledge
• have a driving license

You will become part of Technical Service in Property Services, which handles all tasks related to Odense Municipality's properties—from management to development and operation. In the Property Center we believe in the strength of multidisciplinary teamwork, and we are therefore organized in cross-disciplinary teams focused on offering our users optimal service.

As an employee in Technical Service, you will be part of a geographical district based at a fixed property, where you will work closely with building maintainers, administrative staff, technical service staff and users.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and the bargaining organization FOA-Fag- og arbejde. Compensation is in line with the agreement 41.01 Technical Service. The position is paid according to the current collective agreement with an expected salary level in the range of 27,484 DKK to 30,354 DKK plus any allowances. The position is permanent with a 37-hour work week and possible start as soon as possible and no later than 1 December 2026.
