Technically proficient Manager for IT project management

We have many exciting projects ahead of us, and we are therefore looking for a technically grounded Manager for our offices in Copenhagen and Aarhus. You will act as delivery lead on projects, and you will have a team of the industry's most skilled people behind you.

What will you be doing?

Immeo is a business-oriented IT consultancy, and we help some of Denmark's most ambitious companies realize their digital potential. We are specialists in strengthening businesses through digital solutions in e-commerce, Product Information Management, Cloud application- and integration solutions as well as customer and service portals .

We are passionate about creating value with our solutions, and you will play a decisive role in the process. Concrete examples of your tasks include:

• Clarification of business and technical issues : You use analysis, business understanding and technical insight as tools to make our customers digital successes.
• Delivery responsibility: You are responsible for one or more of our client projects. You discuss solutions and possible approaches from a business- and technical perspective with your team and the customer. At the same time you ensure that the quality of the delivered work is top.
• Advisory: In the contact with the customer you take a lead role as the customer's most important sparring partner regarding the borderland between technology and business. You maintain a close dialogue with the customer, and you inform about tasks, progress, finances and schedule.
• Development: Immeo takes care of your professional development regardless of seniority and level. Therefore we tailor a training program that fits your profile.

• You are technically skilled. As a Manager you will deal with a multitude of different technologies. It is therefore important that you are interested in familiarizing yourself with new platforms, technologies and trends. We would like you to have experience with developing .Net-based solutions, and if you have experience with Azure, Sitecore, Optimizely, InRiver or Umbraco, that is a plus.
• You are ambitious . You will be the best at digitalization. That is our expectation.
• You have an analytical mindset. You work in a structured way, and you are good at using data as a basis for decisions.
• You have a strong business understanding. You are driven by making a difference for our customers. You are also able to handle projects from a business perspective.
• You have good communication skills. You speak and write one of the Scandinavian languages, and you are able to convey complex topics to all audiences.

From our perspective we imagine that

• You have a master's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, IT or similar.
• You have 5+ years of experience leading and developing digital solutions.
