Technical service employee for LIONS PARK SØLLERØD

We are looking for a colleague who has the hands-on mindset and can get things done. You have technical know-how, are familiar with various common IT systems and not afraid of new challenges. We can count on you - you have a smile on your face and can collaborate with all people you meet.

You will join a team of 3 with a technical leader at the helm. The team is responsible for supervision, service and daily operations of the technical and building-related aspects. The Technical Department handles tasks related to service and maintenance of both our own buildings and residences, as well as housing managed by Boligkontoret Danmark.

There are tasks involving inspection of tenancies and supervision of technical installations (heating, ventilation and fire alarm systems, etc.). The technical department also has responsibility for general maintenance and service of the organisation's technical systems/vehicles/machines/key systems, etc.

Your tasks will be executed in close dialogue and collaboration with residents and their families, colleagues in the Technical Department and with the many different staff groups at the workplace.

Your profile

You are a technical service employee or janitor with solid and versatile craftsmanship skills, or a craft-based background. You have an overview and the ability to continuously coordinate and prioritise the tasks.

You have good IT skills and a flair for the technical aspects of the work, preferably with knowledge of key system and emergency call systems, CTS and ABA systems, heating, ventilation, etc.

As a person you are inclusive and patient and really good at meeting people and engaging in dialogue with them.

Lions Park Søllerød comprises 110 senior apartments built in 1966 for seniors over 55, and in addition 72 nursing home units built about 10 years ago. Employment terms

The position is to be filled as soon as possible and is 37 hours per week.

The working hours are as a rule Monday-Friday from 07:00-15:00 and Friday from 07:00-12:00/14:00.

Salary and terms in accordance with applicable collective agreement, depending on your professional background and experience.
