Technical Service Staff for Property Service Southeast

We are seeking 2 technical service employees for the Southeast area in Property Services

You will become part of a technical service team of 10-15 employees. Property Services is responsible for the operation of technical installations, minor building maintenance tasks as well as green and white maintenance in collaboration with the Maintenance team in the five areas. You will be responsible for the operation of buildings, which include for example schools, day-care centers and residential care homes.

These positions are 37 hours per week and are desired to be filled no later than December 1, 2026.

Responsibilities, organization and reporting lines

Your tasks, in collaboration with your colleagues, will include handling daily operations, as well as minor internal and external maintenance tasks. The daily workday will also consist of various repair tasks. There will also be other operations and service tasks, including practical routines as well as seasonal tasks.

You will be trained in access to relevant systems, which may include access control, alarms and energy accounting.

You will report to the area’s technical service manager, Martin Madsen.

Qualifications and competencies for the job as a service employee

Technical competencies

It would be an advantage if you have

• Relevant craft experience and a good eye for good solutions in daily operations
• Flair for and interest in the maintenance of our green areas
• Technical flair and knowledge of CTS control, alarms, access control and similar would be an advantage
• Flair for IT, and a willingness to learn a new operational management program
• Good sense of how to solve the task within the given framework
• Experience with housing inspection, or willingness to retrain so that you can inspect housing in the future
• Opportunity to participate in our on-call duty arrangement
• Experience with building maintenance tasks/projects
• Category B driving license

Salary and employment conditions

The salary is determined on the basis of the applicable collective agreement and a concrete assessment of your education, your documented work experience and your professional and personal qualifications.
