The construction site needs a strong bricklayer's helper in Copenhagen

There is a need for someone who can roll up their sleeves, think practically and help the work move forward well. We are looking for a bricklayer’s assistant for a construction site in Næstved, where you will assist masons with the many tasks that keep everyday life functioning. You will be part of the practical work and help, among other things, with preparing materials, keeping the work areas tidy and preparing the tasks before the bricklaying begins.

There may also be tasks with lighter demolition, preparing for casting and assistance with tiling work. The most important thing is that you have drive, are physically robust and can work well with those around you.

Working Tasks

• Ensure that materials and tools are ready for the day’s tasks.
• Help with preparation of surfaces and areas for casting.
• Carry out cleanup, covering and cleaning at the construction site.
• Assist with cutting and preparing tiles.
• Handle mortar, concrete and other building materials.
• Support with lighter demolition work and breaking out.
• Clean surfaces and assist with grout scraping.

Professional Qualifications

• Practical experience from the construction industry is an advantage.
• You can use common hand tools and preferably have knowledge of building materials.
• You have good physical condition and thrive being active all day.
• Driver’s license B is necessary for the relevant driving tasks; BE is an advantage.
