The Juelsminde Nursing Service seeks a new colleague for primarily day shifts

About the job and the tasks

In our team of nurses we handle a wide range of nursing tasks in the municipality's eastern area – both in the citizens' homes and in the nursing clinics in Juelsminde and Hornsyld. We are part of Center East in Juelsminde, which covers Juelsminde, Rårup and Hornsyld. We also have a close collaboration with the surrounding nursing homes.

The nursing team arrives for work together, but divided into three smaller geographical areas, where you will be connected as a case nurse for care pathways. You will therefore largely work closely with social and health care assistants/nursing assistants in daily operations. Our unit is located in Center East (Juelsminde Town Hall), close to home care and activity therapists, which gives us strong opportunities for interdisciplinary sparring and coordinated citizen pathways.

We prioritise visible and present leadership, and you will experience close cooperation with the management in everyday life.

We are looking for an engaged nurse who

You do not need to know all the answers in advance. Some of the situations you encounter in nursing with us are characterised by there not being one right solution. Therefore we are looking for a colleague who uses their professional judgment, dares to make decisions when necessary, and who is curious enough to learn from the situations where the solution only reveals itself along the way.

As a nurse with us you work from 07:00–15:00 and every 4th weekend. The position is 28-37 hours per week, by agreement. It will involve about four evening shifts over eight weeks.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and employment according to applicable collective agreement, with the possibility to negotiate qualification and function pay.
