TikTok & Influencer Marketing Specialist – temporary position

We are looking for a TikTok & Influencer Marketing Specialist for a temporary position, where you will have a central role in our marketing team and be responsible for creating and developing our TikTok content as well as our creator- and influencer efforts.

The temporary position runs from December 14, 2026 to March 16, 2027. You will start with onboarding from December 14, so you will have the opportunity to be thoroughly introduced to the role, tasks and the team. At the end of the temporary period there is time allocated for handover.

We are a high-growth company that is constantly evolving. The company was founded in 2019 by Emil and Signe, who still run the company to this day.

Marketing currently consists of 4 employees. We are located at Svendborg Harbor, with 1,300 square meters newly renovated office and creative spaces, which help form dynamic frameworks for an efficient and exciting workday.

Your responsibilities

As a TikTok & Influencer Marketing Specialist you will have a central and creative role in our marketing team. Your tasks will include:

• Planning, production and publishing of organic TikTok content.
• To be in front of the camera and create engaging and entertaining videos.
• Building and engaging our TikTok community through dialogue and interaction.
• Identification, contact, onboarding and handling of creator collaborations.
• Planning and coordinating collaborations with micro-influencers across relevant social media.
• Development of TikTok content for campaigns and launches.
• Planning and execution of TikTok Lives with both sales and content purposes.
• Preparation of creative input, hooks and formats for TikTok Ads.
• Ensuring that TikTok content can be used in paid advertising.
• Ongoing development of our TikTok-, creator- and influencer efforts.
• Keeping up with developments on social media and helping to identify new trends, formats and opportunities.

About you

• Interested in appearing in our videos yourself.

• Are structured and at the same time flexible when new ideas and opportunities arise.
• Thrive in a high-speed daily life with many different tasks.

Experience with the following is considered a plus

• CapCut and video editing.
• Content production.

• Social media in general.
• Live-shopping or TikTok Live.
• Paid social and TikTok Ads.
