Two nurses for the Care Home Bogense – would you like to help shape Søbo?

Do you want to be a nurse somewhere you get close to both the residents, your colleagues and professional development?

At Plejehjem Bogense we are looking for two nurses who want to become part of our daily life and at the same time help shape the next version of Søbo.

We have a close collaboration with the town's other nursing home, Møllehaven. You must therefore be prepared to work at both places.

We are in the middle of an exciting development, as Søbo is expanding with 9 new assisted living units and 3 respite places. Therefore you will not only get the opportunity to step into an existing organization – you will have the chance to help create it.

You will come close to the residents and their everyday life, and you will have the opportunity to use your nursing professionalism in a daily life where things cannot always fit into a schedule.

Some days everything goes as planned. Other days it does not.

We want your professional expertise to come into play

We believe that good nursing is created through close collaboration between professions.

Therefore we do not expect you to have all the answers. Instead, we expect you to be curious, dare to bring your professionalism into play and want to develop both yourself and Plejehjem Bogense together with us.

We work, among other things, with person-centred care, dementia, complex citizen trajectories and the prevention of unnecessary admissions.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to developing nursing practice and help shape the direction for how we organize and solve tasks as Søbo grows.

You will have a manager who is close at hand

Your manager is Nina.

She believes in trust, clarity and diversity. She dares to set a direction and make decisions, but she is not afraid to roll up her sleeves herself or lighten the mood with a little humor.

You will have a manager who wants to know what you think – even when you disagree.

The practical

Expected salary range is provided during a visit to the school or at the first interview. The final salary is set based on your qualifications and previous work experience and after concrete negotiation with the professional organization.

Criminal record certificate must be obtained before employment can take place.
