About the job

Are you interested in a daily life with high professional standards, independence, and a strong collegial community?

We are looking for an engaged nurse for our outreach nursing in a fixed evening shift.

We are in the process of developing elder care with a focus on fixed teams, close interprofessional collaboration and a strong connection between nursing and the rest of elder care.

You will have responsibility – but you will never stand alone

In the evenings, we run with one nurse in each of our three districts. You are therefore the responsible nurse in your own district and have the nursing professional overview of the evening's patients and tasks.

You start the shift together with the SOSU colleagues in your district, where you create an overview of the evening's tasks. Thereafter you take care of the outreach nursing and function as a professional sparring partner for your colleagues.

At the same time you work closely with the other two evening nurses. You collaborate across the districts and help each other when needed.

You thus get a daily life with independent professional responsibility and a strong nursing professional community.

Your everyday life

You meet patients with varying and complex nursing needs. Some tasks are planned, others arise along the way, and you must be able to assess, prioritise and act professionally when the situation requires it.

This can range from planned nursing interventions and medication management to clinical assessments and patients who suddenly require your nursing professional assessment.

We offer

  • a fixed evening shift and a stable work community
  • independent nursing professional responsibility in your own district
  • close collaboration with SOSU colleagues
  • professional sparring with two other evening nurses
  • a varied daily life with both planned and acute tasks
  • opportunity for professional development
  • a workplace focused on professionalism, well-being and job satisfaction

We are looking for you who

  • is a licensed nurse
  • thrives with independence and responsibility
  • has a good clinical eye and can maintain an overview
  • values interprofessional collaboration
  • contributes positively to the collegial community

If you are a newly graduated, you are also very welcome to apply . We will provide a good introduction and training.

Application deadline: 25 October 2026

Start date: 1 December 2026

Working hours: full time

If you have questions, you are welcome to contact the head nurse Luise Bach at 29 44 06 68
