Lederne A-kasse consists of about 40 skilled and engaged colleagues, where the majority work as A-kasse consultants. Each day we advise our more than 125,000 members in Lederne A-kasse on unemployment insurance legislation in Denmark's largest professional organization for managers and aspiring managers. Your tasks

As an A-kasse consultant you will have an independent portfolio with varied and meaningful tasks. You will among other things:

• Advise members by phone and in writing regarding unemployment insurance legislation and thereby contribute to maintaining our good, targeted member service
• Process applications for unemployment benefits and disbursements, including secondary employment and supplementary unemployment benefits and possibly early retirement and debt collection.
• Share and exchange knowledge with colleagues across the A-kasse and the rest of Lederne
• Contribute to efficiency and development of processes and workflows

You report to the Head of Insurance and become part of a team of about 17 colleagues.

Your profile

We imagine that you

• Have experience with or an interest in the unemployment insurance area, including advising on unemployment benefits, handling of unemployment declarations, supplementary unemployment benefits, self-employed side work and payment of unemployment benefits. Knowledge of early retirement or debt collection is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Thrive in member contact and case handling or are curious to develop yourself within the area.
• Have good IT understanding and preferably experience with Modulus and CRM. If you have not worked with the systems before, we will provide the necessary training.
• Have experience or a desire to learn to work with automation and streamlining of processes, including using AI solutions in an unemployment insurance context.
• Are a team player who actively contributes to collaboration and is motivated to achieve results together with others.
• Are curious, proactive and contribute positively to a good working environment and strong community.
