UX Designer for People & Business Experience Design at TV 2

In Experience Design at TV 2 we don’t just develop digital products for Danes. We also develop digital tools that reporters, editors and others in the house use every day to create news and content for millions of Danes.

The role & the team

We are seeking a UX Designer who understands complex workflows and translates them into simpler, smarter and more intuitive user experiences.

As a UX Designer you will work closely with developers, a product manager and editorial teams with a focus on improving the systems that support everything from planning and publishing to tv2.dk.

You will encounter tasks such as

• map and understand editorial workflows and processes.
• facilitate workshops and collaborate with users and stakeholders.
• identify problems, needs and opportunities in complex processes.
• translate insights into solutions, prototypes and concrete improvements.
• work closely with the product manager and product team to create value for both users of editorial products and the consumers of tv2.dk.

Therefore the job is special

You will join a cross-disciplinary product team, and you will work in depth with some of the internal digital tools that are central to TV 2’s journalism. You will therefore help improve workflows that affect the daily lives of many great colleagues.

Your profile

We imagine that you

• have 3-5 years of experience with UX Design in complex systems and workflows or professional tools.
• have experience and interest in UI design.
• are curious about people, processes and collaboration.
• have experience facilitating dialogue and creating shared understanding.
• thrive in cross-functional teams.
• can translate complex problem statements into testable hypotheses and concrete solutions.

It is less important whether you are a specialist in visual design. The most important thing is that you can work methodically to understand users’ work and needs and thereby contribute to creating effective tools, workflows and processes.
