At Sønderjydsk Kål ApS we are busy, and we are seeking a versatile employee who has hands well screwed on and can help keep production running.

Your main tasks will be

• Troubleshooting, technical problem solving and minor repairs on production equipment and machines.
• Maintenance of production facilities, machines and outdoor areas.
• Practical and versatile tasks that keep everyday operations running.
• To step in where needed – including in cases of illness and absence among colleagues.
• Assist with daily production, packing and handling of goods.
• Help with order preparation, goods picking and delivery to customers.

⏱️ Working hours and season

Your normal workday will be on the day shift, but in case of technical faults or illness it may be necessary to step in at other times – also at night. We are therefore looking for an employee who is flexible and can help ensure that production runs when the need arises.

At the start of each production season we have a busy period where extra hours may be expected until production is well underway and things settle down.

Thereafter, the working hours fall to a more stable level, typically around 42 hours per week.

The extra hours are taken as time off in the period outside the season, where working hours are a maximum of 37 hours per week. Here there is great flexibility and good opportunities to structure your own working time, as long as the necessary tasks are completed and the company is ready for the next season.
