In Pleje Vest we are looking for a social and health care assistant for day shifts. Pleje Vest is organized into two mini-teams: Hyrdehøj and Havnen.

The position is 30-37 hours per week in day shifts with weekend work every 2nd weekend in odd weeks from January 2027.

We wish to fill the position as of January 1, 2027, and we expect to conduct interviews in week 48.

At the same time, mini-teams give us as colleagues a better opportunity to get to know the citizens, get to know each other and take shared responsibility for the tasks.

About the job As a social and health care assistant in Pleje Vest you become an important part of the citizens’ everyday life. You help create safety, presence and quality of life through holistic care.

You will be attached to a mini-team, where you together with your colleagues work to create coherent citizen pathways. You will have the opportunity to build familiarity with the citizens and to help ensure that the help is based on the individual’s needs and resources.

Your tasks will include, among other things

• personal care and practical support
• help and support based on the citizen’s daily life
• rehabilitative efforts
• observations and early detection
• documentation
• collaboration with colleagues in the mini-team
• contribution to good and coherent citizen pathways
• active participation in the work with holistic care

Employment terms The position is 30-37 hours per week in day shifts. There is weekend work every 2nd weekend in odd weeks from January 2027.

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement. A criminal record check and references will be obtained before employment.
