We are looking for another skilled Paid Specialist in Odense

Are you sharp on both Meta Ads and Google Ads – and ready to take responsibility for your customers' results? We are seeking a Paid Specialist with at least three years of practical experience with paid advertising on both Meta and Google.

This is what you will be working with

You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing advertising for a number of our clients. Your tasks will include:

• Develop and run campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Use AI and relevant tools to strengthen quality and efficiency in the work
• Work with audiences, keywords, bidding strategies and budgets.
• Analyze performance and translate insights into concrete improvements.
• Test ad messaging, creative materials and landing pages in collaboration with colleagues.
• Ensure a solid data foundation and set up/monitor tracking and conversion measurement.
• Advise clients on priorities, opportunities and results.

We imagine that you

• Have at least three years of practical experience and have worked extensively with both Meta Ads and Google Ads .
• Can independently drive an ad account from strategy and setup to optimization and reporting.
• Have experience with e-commerce, lead generation or both.
• Are familiar with Business Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Understand the relationship between advertising budget, conversions and the client's business.
• Can explain your recommendations and results in a language customers understand.
• Work in a structured way, follow your tasks through to completion and share your knowledge with colleagues.
• Are interested in giving something of yourself to your colleagues and to our daily life

Agency experience is an advantage, but the most important is that you know your craft and want to develop with us.
