Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a nurse with broad nursing knowledge, who thrives with independence and would like to be part of a team with high ceilings.

You

• work systematically with clinical leadership in a rehabilitative perspective
• take responsibility that the citizens experience coherent processes of high quality
• take initiative for nursing interventions based on the individual citizen's needs and cultural background
• preferably have experience with professional documentation according to common language III – we document in Cura

If you have experience with welfare technology solutions and work in a nursing clinic, it's a plus – but not a requirement.

Your everyday

You will meet citizens with complex nursing problems. We work in multidisciplinary teams and emphasize holistic care – both in nursing clinics and in the citizens' own homes.

Expect 3–4 weekends on a 12-week rolling plan, and working hours are day and evening shifts. A driving license is required as you drive around to citizens in one of our new, small electric cars.

Salary and employment

• The position is advertised as full-time at 37 hours.
• Salary and terms of employment according to applicable collective agreement for nurses.
• Application and start: as soon as possible. Interviews will be held continuously.
• A criminal record and references will be obtained in connection with the employment.
