THE JOB

In the role of Purchasing Manager you will be responsible for driving and developing the purchasing department with a focus on both operations and development. As the incumbent leader, you are close to the employees and the day-to-day operations, while freeing up time for the company's Supply Chain Manager and contributing to strategic development.

You will lead a team of three employees and function as a central sparring partner for production, quality and development.

The role is hands-on with a natural link between the operational day-to-day and business development.

YOUR PROFILE

We are seeking a profile with solid experience from a similar role in a machinery/manufacturing company – including the industry's suppliers and customers.

You have experience in leadership.

You have experience with ERP systems, preferably with Business Central. In addition, you also have experience with the MS Office suite.

You have knowledge of CAD – you can read and understand drawings.

You are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

You have a relevant technical education such as, for example, Maskinmester, mechanical engineer, production technologist or a vocational education such as an industrial technician.
