The residential facility Vendelbogade, Aalborg municipality, is seeking as of 1 December 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter, a social and/or health-care professional staff member on 37 hours

About the job

Vendelbogade is a smaller residential facility in Aalborg with 10 residents and a small permanent staff group. The facility serves people with psychiatric challenges, social problems and – or autism spectrum disorder. We are a 24/7 service under the Danish Act on Social Services §85 and work recovery-oriented and rehabilitative based on each resident's development. We believe that all people have resources, potential for development and we help them find their hope for the next best change.

The staff group is interdisciplinary, and we collaborate in a team around the individual. We enjoy and value a good working community – where you understand that we depend on each other to succeed.

We work in mixed duties, i.e., day, evening and on-call shifts, and we work about every third weekend. We work alone in the outer hours, so it is important that you can work independently, take responsibility and follow tasks through to completion. We are looking for a person who is proactive and robust in a daily life where situations and needs can change. Humor, self-insight and maturity are important qualities for us.
