We are looking for a project manager/construction manager for our construction projects in the Building Envelope Department

You will become part of an organization focused on quality, structure and integrity in both processes and collaboration.

You have a high level of professional proficiency and are educated as a carpenter and building construction engineer.

At the same time, you know that good construction is not only about drawings and schedules – but also about people.

Your role with us

As a project manager with us you will be responsible for your own construction projects, but you will not be alone with them.

You will work in a company with well-developed processes and a solid setup you can lean on in daily life, and where there is opportunity for professional sparring when needed.

We are specialists in climate shells and general housing renovation, where quality and good dialogue with residents are a central part of the process.

We work systematically to transfer experience from case to case, so we continuously strengthen our professional level and specialize in our core areas. At the same time we know that each case is unique and requires tailored solutions. Therefore we take responsibility and work proactively to stay at the forefront in quality, time and process.

Your primary tasks will be

• Responsibility for your own construction projects from start-up to handover
• Planning and management of time, economy and quality
• Coordination of tradespeople, partners and suppliers
• Ongoing dialogue with residents and the client throughout the process
• Preparation and follow-up on schedules
• Quality assurance, including QA in fire safety and load-bearing structures

We imagine that you

• Are educated as a building constructor
• Have experience with project management, preferably around 5 years in a similar position
• Thrive with both in-house production and main contracts
• Work in a structured way and can independently prepare and follow up on schedules
• Have experience with quality assurance, including fire safety and load-bearing structures
• Have strong communication skills and are comfortable in dialogue with both residents and clients
• Reside in South or West Zealand
