Welder for MAG and MIG in Næstved

Do you want a company car, good camaraderie and welding work in the industrial sector?

We are looking for a welder in Næstved for MAG, MIG and MMA.

You will become part of a larger setup, where the work focuses on commercial tasks and welding fills everyday life. The work is autonomous, so you must be able to get started without someone standing next to you all the time. You work largely on your own in the task, but you won't end up somewhere without colleagues around you. At the same time, emphasis is placed on social cohesion, so everyday life isn't only about hours and subjects.

The company car is part of the package, and you will have a role where you can work independently with your trade. The salary is 200-220 DKK per hour, and there is a bonus scheme on top. The motto is simple: It should be fun to go to work.

What you get Salary: 200-220 DKK per hour

Company car: Yes

Work area: Næstved and surroundings

Collective agreement: Employed under applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short courses.

Everyday life: MAG, MIG, MMA and independent work

Your daily routine

The day is planned around the welding tasks that are scheduled, and you work through them calmly. You assess the order of the task yourself and speak up if something doesn’t add up. When a weld requires extra clarification, you take it forward instead of guessing.

You will, among other things, work with

• Welding with MAG, MIG and MMA according to the task
• Welding in carbon steel or stainless
• Working according to drawings or WPS
• Fit and prepare parts before welding
• Check your own work before delivery

There is a bonus scheme, but everyday life must still hang together in a proper way. When the day is tricky, the point is to solve the task and still be able to come in the next day looking forward to the work.

We are looking for you who can check off most things

You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have experience as a welder
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• Have worked MAG, MIG or MMA before
• Show up reliably and keep your commitments
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up

It is an advantage if you have experience from commercial tasks. But the most important is that you work properly and enjoy taking responsibility for your own part of the work.

Already in a job?

Then it must, of course, make sense to switch.

Therefore we start with a non-committal chat. You can hear more about the tasks, the company, the salary and daily life before you decide anything. And yes, it happens discreetly.
