About the job

The residential care facility Ellemosevej 28A, 8370 Hadsten, is seeking an employee for 37 hours per week. If you would prefer a lower weekly hour count, we are happy to find a solution.

Ellemosevej 28A is a dynamic and lively residential facility with room for 24 residents spread across three groups. The target group is adults with reduced mental and physical functioning to varying degrees, who need support and help based on an individual pedagogical approach.

Some residents are nearly self-sufficient in relation to personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and eating, while others need help with most practical and personal tasks. Therefore transfers and personal care are also part of the work.

You will primarily be attached to our department Stuen, where seven adult residents live. Here you will encounter a broad and interesting range of pedagogical tasks. We work, among other things, with residents where a low arousal approach is central, and with residents who have developed dementia.

At Ellemosevej 28A we offer a specialized pedagogical approach based on the individual resident's needs and support level. We work among other things with LA2u and from the mindset As much as possible in one's own life .

As a new employee you will become part of an experienced and engaged staff group, where professionalism, collaboration and shared responsibility for the residents' well-being are highly valued.

Working hours are on all days of the week in day and evening shifts between 7:00 and 23:00. We are a 24-hour offering, so you should therefore expect to work every third weekend. Christmas, New Year, holidays and summer vacation are planned separately.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Final salary determination takes place after negotiations with the eligible professional organization based on your qualifications.
