In connection with the establishment of the upcoming Health and Care Plazas (SOP) in Fredensborg Municipality we are looking for three engaged nurses who want to join an exciting journey and contribute to shaping the future of the health care system.

We are looking for

• 2 nurses for day and evening shifts
• 1 nurse for night shift

As a result of the health reform the workplace will from 1 January 2027 become part of Region Øst. That gives you a unique opportunity to come in from the start and to shape the development of the new SOP placements in Fredensborg Municipality.

With us you meet citizens who are often clinically complex and not yet fully treated. Nursing care is essential to create stability, safety and quality in citizen pathways, so rehabilitation succeeds. You will be an important part of a multidisciplinary team where you both assess, prioritise and closely follow the citizens' development.

With us you will especially work with

• Clinical assessments and early detection of deterioration
• Nursing intake, assessment and planning
• Medication management, documentation and wound care
• Overview in complex pathways and coordination of the citizen's overall rehabilitation effort
• Interdisciplinary and organisational collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure coherence and quality in citizen pathways
• Professional sparring and development of the nursing professional practice

We are looking for someone who

• Can handle complex nursing tasks at assessment and decision-making levels
• Is strong in clinical observations and early detection
• Works in a structured and interdisciplinary way
• Has an eye for the link between disease, treatment and functional ability
• Thrives in a changing daily life and contributes positively to the team
• Sees holistic care as a natural part of nursing

Terms of employment

Salary and terms follow the applicable collective agreement. A criminal record check will be obtained.

From 1 January 2027 the workplace will as part of the health reform transfer to Region Øst. Employees employed in these positions will be transferred to the region in accordance with applicable law. The workplace will continue to be Boserupvej 601, 3050 Humlebæk.
