XFlow specialist for Digitisation in Egedal Municipality

Over the past few years we have implemented XFlow across Egedal Municipality, and we need an engaged colleague who can take care of the continued implementation and development. The most important is that you have in-depth knowledge of XFlow and of municipal workflows, as well as a flair for both technology and people. Our colleagues in the municipality need to know how and why they should use the system—and that will be your task.

Your tasks

You have two primary tasks

• To take care of the continued technical setup, operation and development, so XFlow continues to form the basis for good and solid workflows in the organization as the implementation progresses. You should ensure that the system functions optimally, and that any issues are resolved quickly and professionally in collaboration with the supplier.
• To train and support the organization, so that employees and managers themselves become able to use the system and work with it in everyday life. The entire municipality is our workplace, and our colleagues deal with everything from small children and the elderly to construction and potholes in the roads.

Your competencies

• You already know XFlow and have built several workflows and forms in the system. You can also guide in the system's various functions, so we land on the right solutions.
• You have a good understanding of IT systems, integrations and APIs in general, and are able to handle technical challenges where there are multiple stakeholders involved in the solution.
• You are curious and keen to stay updated on the system's development and possibilities.
• You are good at building trustworthy relationships and sharing knowledge.
• You understand how to translate IT language into “ordinary Danish”, and are able to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable way.

You will become part of a department of 12 men and women, with many competencies and areas of expertise – including project management, GDPR, automation and system administration as well as IT architecture. We are all collectively responsible for ensuring that the digital everyday life works well, that the municipality's service to citizens is coherently supported, and that we use resources efficiently and purposefully.

The primary IT operations are handled by our utility company IT-Forsyningen, which is owned by five municipalities jointly. However we also handle operations and support tasks in the department.
