Job board

What does it mean?

Job boards (jobbanker) aggregate job listings from employers and recruitment agencies. In Denmark, jobnet.dk is the official public job board linked to unemployment registration.

Other major channels include Arbejd.com, LinkedIn, Jobindex, the Danish Metalworkers' Union job portal and sector-specific boards. Each has different coverage and features.

Use multiple boards but avoid duplicate applications to the same employer through different portals. Track applications in a spreadsheet or CRM tool.

Employers pay to post on many boards — if a listing also appears on the company career page, apply there if preferred. Keep profiles updated across platforms for recruiter searches.
