Personality test

What does it mean?

Personality tests (personlighedstest) are used by employers to evaluate cultural fit, behavioural tendencies and teamwork style. They are not pass/fail exams but profiles compared to role or team norms.

Common instruments: DISC (behaviour styles), Big Five (five trait dimensions), MBTI (type preferences). Some companies use custom or gamified assessments.

Answer honestly and consistently — contradictory responses flag invalid results. There are no "right" personalities, but extreme profiles may mismatch certain roles (e.g. very introverted in heavy sales).

You cannot fully game validated tests. Focus on understanding your strengths and whether the role environment suits you. Ask how results are used — ethical employers use them as one input among many.
