We are seeking an experienced, engaged and independent waiter for Restaurant MellemRum in the heart of Aarhus. You will become an important part of our team and have the opportunity to put your mark on both the level of service and everyday life in the restaurant.

We do not chase Michelin stars, but we are passionate about giving our guests a flavorful, personal and relaxed restaurant experience.

With us, guests should be able to leave everyday life behind and enjoy a small interlude , where good food, lovely wine and presence are at the center.

We believe that good hospitality is about more than serving food and wine. It is about creating an atmosphere where guests feel welcome, comfortable and want to come back.

Who are you?

• You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• You are passionate about good hospitality and take pride in giving guests a great experience.
• You take responsibility naturally and want to help maintain and develop our service level.
• You work independently, in a structured way and keep an overview – even when it is busy.
• You have an interest in food and wine and can convey your knowledge with enthusiasm.
• You are a team player who contributes with good humor, positive energy and constructive ideas.

The most important for us is that you want to take ownership of the guest experience and help make both your colleagues and the restaurant even better.
