Sukaiba offers both an ambitious restaurant and a cocktail bar, where Japanese finesse meets Nordic precision. Our drinks program unites wine, sake and cocktails in carefully composed pairing experiences, and our extensive wine list supports the ambition to create a holistic experience for every guest.

We are now seeking engaged and service-minded runners who want to become part of our team and contribute to the service in the house always flowing with poise, precision and elegance.

The role

As a runner at Restaurant Sukaiba you play an important role in the overall guest experience. You help ensure that the service runs smoothly, that the collaboration between kitchen and floor works, and that our guests encounter a professional and well-functioning restaurant team.

Your tasks will include

• Serving and clearing food and drinks
• Ensuring that the dishes are presented correctly and reach the guests at the right time
• Close collaboration with servers, kitchen and bartenders
• Preparation and maintenance of the restaurant areas
• Contributing to a good flow and a high standard throughout the guest experience

• Is energetic, service-minded and thrives in a high-tempo environment
• Works in a structured way and has an eye for details
• Is approachable, responsible and a team player
• Wants to learn more about gastronomy, wine, sake and cocktails
