You can read more about SUND+ here . You will become a coordinating link between activities in Aarhus, SUND+ in Herning and at Regionshospitalet Gødstrup, and you should expect weekly presence in the SUND+ building 2-3 days per week, varying in periods.

Likewise you will take on a coordinating role in the collaboration with SUND Studier as well as staff and students from VIA University College (VIA) in SUND+. Your tasks thus include both development and operations, and you will be part of a professional, strong administrative environment. You will work closely with the institute's management, other colleagues and partners.

Your primary tasks

  • Educational development and operations related to the SUND+ partnership, including collaboration with VIA’s staff and students

The exact portfolio of tasks can to some extent be adjusted to your competences and experiences. You report to the secretariat manager at the Institute of Public Health.

Your competences

We imagine that you have a relevant academic education, for example cand.scient.pol., cand.oecon., cand.scient.san., cand.merc. or similar. You have experience with and interest in supporting strategic initiatives, and can translate strategic goals into actions and processes. In addition you possess strong analytical competences, have good organizational understanding and good written and spoken communication skills in both Danish and English.

Experience with secretariat support and meeting preparation is an advantage, just as experience from public administration, ideally within the education or health sector, will be a strength.

As a person you work in a structured and responsible manner and have a natural ability to create an overview, even when tasks are varied. You take initiative, work independently and are solution-oriented in your approach to tasks. At the same time you are a strong collaborator who can build good relationships across organizational levels and professional communities.
