As department manager you will be an important part of the restaurant's leadership team, where you will be responsible for your own area while contributing actively to the overall operation and development of the restaurant.

Your responsibilities

As department manager you will play a central role in ensuring the restaurant functions efficiently, and that both guests and employees experience a daily life characterized by quality, structure and good collaboration.

Your main tasks will be to

· Ensure daily operations within your own area with a focus on quality, service and guest satisfaction.

· Create good conditions for employees' well-being, development and collaboration.

· Work purposefully with the restaurant's finances, key figures and operating results.

· Ensure that McDonald’s standards for quality, service, cleanliness and food safety are followed.

· Contribute to planning and implementation of local marketing activities and campaigns.

· Follow up on the restaurant's goals and translate plans into concrete actions in everyday life.

· Work closely with the restaurant manager and the rest of the leadership team to develop the restaurant and optimize workflows.

· Step in as part of the daily management when the restaurant manager is not present.

Your area of responsibility can be adapted over time to the restaurant's needs, and you should be willing to work broadly with people, operations and business results.
