TS Stilladsmontage A/S is seeking an AI developer for digitization

Do you want to build something that will actually be used, and help shape how AI can change the workflows in a traditional construction industry?

We are looking for a technical and digital profile who will take a central role in the development of our internal calculation and data foundation platform. The goal is to create a cohesive digital workflow from tender materials and drawings to a finished bid, production and invoice.

You will not enter a finished system that merely needs maintenance. You are coming in to help build it.

Who are we?

TS Stilladsmontage A/S is a nearly 16-year-old scaffolding company with 46 employees and headquarters in Herfølge. We have over the years maintained solid and controlled growth and are far along with digital tools in areas such as ERP, case management and bid calculation. We have already tested how much AI can lift in these processes. Now we want to embed it properly into our workflows, and that is where you come in.

What do we offer you?

First and foremost we offer you a real development task with real data, real projects and visible results in an industry where the potential is large, but much is still not built. You will work closely with management, who have many years of practical experience with bid calculation, scaffolding, coverings and the day-to-day of the construction site. Your job will be to translate that knowledge into digital models and AI-driven workflows that can be used in practice.

The position is a project employment for 6-12 months with the possibility of extension or permanent employment. Working hours are 25-37 hours per week, and the workplace is our office in Herfølge. We offer a salary in accordance with qualifications.

Your tasks will include, among other things, the following areas

• Development of AI-driven workflows for handling and screening tender materials, drawings and descriptions
• Digital building surveying directly from drawings and vector geometry
• Development and standardization of calculation models for, among other things, scaffolds, total coverings, cladding, lifts, anchoring and wind loads
• Development of a costing engine where the same data and key figures follow the case from measurement to final invoice
• Integration between AI, data, calculation models and our existing systems
• Development of digital tools for case management, documentation, timekeeping registration and invoice control
• Development of management dashboards with relevant operating metrics
• Documentation and standardization of workflows so that solutions and knowledge are anchored in the company

The basic principle is simple: If we get one number right at the measurement, the same number must follow the case all the way to the final invoice.

We start with the foundation: screening of tender materials, measurement and the costing engine. The other areas will be built on top as the foundation is in place.

Achieve success in the job

To succeed in the job you must be able to combine technical understanding with the will to solve very concrete problems. You do not need to know the scaffolding industry beforehand. We can teach you that part. However, we expect you to be able to work practically with AI and not just know the technology at a theoretical level. You must be able to translate needs and manual workflows into solutions, test them critically and document how they work.

You must also be able to collaborate with people who do not necessarily speak the same technical language as you. An important part of the job is to understand the professional knowledge that already exists in the company and translate it into something digital and scalable.

About you

• You have a higher education with a technical and digital profile, for example as a civil/structural engineer, building designer (bygningskonstruktør) or computer scientist, or equivalent practical experience
• You have practical experience with language models and AI-driven workflows
• You can work with prompts, skills, automations and structured data processing
• You have an understanding of API integrations and how different systems and data sources can be linked together
• You work methodically and can document and standardize your solutions
• You are curious and eager to understand the reality in which the solutions must operate
• You can work independently and drive a development project forward

It is a clear advantage if you also have a construction-technical understanding and, for example, know about surveying, structures, loads or anchoring. We do not expect one candidate to know everything from day one, though.

The most important thing is that you can build, test and improve AI-driven solutions , and that you want to do it together with us.
