About the job

Do you want to develop learning experiences that help young people become more informed about their education choices? And would you like to follow your ideas all the way from the first concept to testing in practice? - Then become part of Bridge-Building at Copenhagen Business Academy (EK).

We are seeking a development consultant who, together with the team, will develop strong activities and learning pathways for prospective students. You will have clear professional responsibility, room to think creatively and the opportunity to see your ideas become solutions that work when engaging with young people.

You will share responsibility for developing our bridge-building programs

You will, among other things, work with

  • developing and further developing activities, learning pathways and concepts across EK
  • having the main responsibility for the further development of Students for a Day and Study Internship
  • developing academic and practice-oriented workshops, cases and programs together with colleagues and teachers
  • translating needs from young people, education and partners into concrete concepts
  • developing learning objectives, facilitator guides and materials
  • testing, evaluating and improving new activities
  • contributing to developing our student corps as skilled facilitators and communicators.

You will therefore follow the development all the way: from idea and concept to testing, adjustment and implementation. The goal is to create solutions that make sense for the young people and can function reliably and be used broadly at EK.

Who are you?

You may have experience with learning design, teaching, didactics, concept development, facilitation or development of activities for young people.

The most important is that you

  • can translate ideas and needs into engaging and usable solutions
  • have an eye for young people as a target group and for what creates a good learning experience
  • can drive a development process from idea to finished concept
  • take responsibility and ensure tasks are completed
  • thrive in close collaboration and actively contribute to the community
  • are keen to facilitate and test what you develop yourself.

Your concrete educational background is less important than your ability to combine development, learning and practice.

A team where we develop together

You will become part of a dedicated bridge-building team with diverse professional backgrounds and areas of responsibility.

We spar, share ideas and help each other when it’s busy. We have ambitions on the profession’s behalf and room to challenge the way we do things. At the same time, we have an informal tone, good humor and a social community that matters in everyday life.

With us, two days are rarely the same. One day you develop a new concept with colleagues or teachers. The next, you test an activity with young people or use experiences from a pilot program to improve the solution.

You also gain a broad network to teachers, programs, students and external partners.

Here you get

  • professional responsibility and real opportunity to shape an area in development
  • room to develop, test and improve your ideas
  • a varied daily life close to both young people, education and practice
  • many professional collaboration interfaces
  • a strong professional and social community
  • a job where you can see the impact of what you create.

If you want to think creatively, create something concrete and see your ideas make a difference for young people, we would love to hear from you.

Are you ready for new challenges at EK?

The position is 37 hours and is intended to be filled by February 1, 2027.

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Academics in the state.

If you have questions about the position, you are welcome to contact
