Alminde-Viuf Fællesskole is looking for you who want to be an active and engaged part of our AKT team, where our common goal is to contribute to wellbeing, learning and development for all, as well as create good and strong children9s communities. You must be a co-creator of a culture where children9s development and wellbeing are in focus for all pedagogical and professional work.

We focus on ensuring that all children have the opportunity to participate in meaningful and developmental communities, where all children are participants but have different prerequisites for contributing to the community. There is therefore a focus on the conditions that matter for how it can be achieved. You are driven by the vision of a good childhood, and will in close collaboration with your colleagues work to create equal participation opportunities for all children with a focus on all children doing the best they can, and often much more than they themselves think.

We want you who have broad experience with AKT work in the school. A colleague who will help further develop our AKT and who will place the child9s voice at the center. For us it is therefore important that you can translate your entire professional and pedagogical toolkit into direct concrete actions, which are both preventive and supportive. Interventions and resources are prioritized where they have the greatest significance for the children, and you therefore know that the day may look different from what was planned. The position is permanent and 30-37 hours per week depending on your wishes.

You will have great influence on the tasks which will include

• Primarily focus on the upper school and SSP collaboration.
• Be one of the driving forces behind Robuste unge/MOT.
• Further develop interventions in collaboration with the AKT team.
• Individual conversations with children, courses in class communities, group courses, individual support and support in classes, preventive interventions etc.
• Be present in the youths9 breaks, and have an eye for what occupies the youth today.
• Professional and pedagogical sparring with colleagues.
• Documentation, administrative work, meetings with parents and external partners (PPR, Skoda, health services, UU, etc.).

Alminde-Viuf Fællesskole has from this school year started collaboration with MOT Denmark in both the lower and upper grades. We expect to include the middle grades from August 2027.
