AMU Nordjylland is seeking two property service technicians for two different workplaces

·             En til Sofievej 61 - Aalborg

·             En til Sandmoseskolen on Sandmosevej 486 - Brovst

We are looking for you who are positive and service-oriented, who take responsibility for tasks and contribute to good collaboration with both colleagues and users of the premises.

About us in property service

The two Property Service Technician teams are responsible for the operation of AMU Nordjylland's buildings and outdoor areas. Cooperation, sparring and knowledge sharing are important to us, and we emphasize high service, quality and flexibility. We have an informal tone, plenty of room, and a strong collegial community.

Your tasks will include, among other things

·             Caring for and maintaining outdoor areas in the summer half-year

·             Maintenance of buildings and technical installations

·             Alarm and access control

·             Winter readiness

·             Other operations and service tasks

·             Practical and sometimes routine tasks

At Sofievej, caring for outdoor areas constitutes a large part of your work. At Sandmoseskolen, it is more about buildings and technical installations. But you can expect all tasks at both sites.

Your professional competencies

·             You are educated as a property service technician or have equivalent relevant qualifications

·             You have a Category B driving license

·             You are familiar with standard IT usage and Office 365

·             You are good at collaborating and communicating with colleagues, trainees and partners

Your personal competencies

·             You have humor and can work in teams – while being good at independent task solving

·             You are proactive and decisive

·             You create an overview and prioritise your tasks

·             You communicate clearly and collaborate well with others

·             You are welcoming, service-minded and good at building relationships and you are loyal

Salary and employment terms

Employment and remuneration are in accordance with the applicable agreement with 3F.
