We are looking for a versatile employee for miscellaneous tasks, maintenance and practical duties. The position is for you who enjoy getting involved, have an eye for detail, and take pride in ensuring that the surroundings appear neat, well-maintained and inviting for our guests.

The most important for us is that you come to work with a good mood, are reliable and want to make a difference. Of course, we will provide thorough training.

The work varies with the season, and you will have a everyday life with many different tasks both outdoors and indoors. You will become part of a team where we help each other across administration, cleaning and daily operations.

Job tasks

In the spring and summer period a large part of the work will take place outdoors. The tasks include, among others:

• Green areas: Lawn mowing, pruning of rosehips, weed control, algae cleaning and maintenance of flower beds.
• Painting and maintenance: Painting of fences, playground, troughs and other smaller maintenance tasks.
• Cleaning of common areas: Waste rounds, where paper, plastic, cigarette butts, bottles and other waste are collected so that the areas always appear neat and inviting.

When the season changes, the tasks also change. Here there will, among other things, be focus on:

• Snow removal and salting.
• Cleaning and emptying of low gutters.
• Maintenance of example garden furniture, including oiling tables and wax treatment.

Practical tasks

• smaller repairs, lubrication of fittings and handling of clogged drains.
• Guest service: Help to guests for both planned and spontaneous needs.
• Ad hoc tasks: Help with renovations and other practical tasks that arise in daily operations.

The most important is not necessarily a specific education, but that you like gardening, the green world and painting, take responsibility and want to contribute to the daily operations.

• 20-25 hours per week in the time window 07:00-15:00
