Analytics consultant for Group Finance: Do you want to help develop the future of financial and administrative processes?

Now we are seeking an analytics consultant who will help translate these ambitions into concrete improvements in practice.

You will be involved in analysing, challenging and further developing the processes that support the municipality's financial management. The tasks range from mapping and redesign of workflows to implementation of new solutions and support for changes in the organization.

The position is organizationally located in Analysis & BI in Corporate Finance, but you will work across the organization and in close collaboration with Finance & Accounting, which constitutes the municipality's financial engine room.

Who are we?

Analysis & BI is the municipality's internal analytics and development unit.

We work with analysis, development, optimization and implementation across the entire municipality and support both managers, departments and our colleagues in Corporate Finance.

Analysis & BI is part of Corporate Finance, which as a whole comprises about 100 employees. Here you will become part of a large professional environment with competencies in finance, accounting, purchasing, analysis, digitization and development.

About the job

You will help develop and improve the workflows and solutions that support the municipality's financial and accounting tasks.

The role sits at the intersection of processes, systems, data and organizational development with the financial domain as the professional focal point.

You will, among other things, work with

• analysis and development of financial processes and workflows
• mapping and documentation of processes
• development and implementation of new solutions
• sparring with employees and managers
• optimization of the interaction between workflows, the ERP system and specialist systems.

You will get close to the municipality's financial system and the system support that binds financial processes, data and workflows together.

At the same time, you will be involved in some of the largest development tasks in Corporate Finance, including further development of Finance & Accounting, task transfers from departments and the upcoming ERP procurement and the subsequent implementation.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a strong analytics consultant who is motivated by understanding complex workflows, creating improvements and translating ideas into solutions that work in practice.

What matters is not your educational background or your knowledge of municipal economics, but that you are curious about the financial area and want to become really proficient in the processes, systems and workflows that support it.

The position can be relevant both for you who have several years of experience and want to further develop your competencies, and for you who come with a more experienced profile.

We expect that you want to learn new things, go into depth with complex workflows, understand the connection between processes, data and systems, and collaborate with many different professional disciplines.

Employment terms

The position is 37 hours per week.

You will become part of Corporate Finance with primary workplace at Rudersdal Town Hall, Øverødvej 2, 2840 Holte. We also have an administration center in Birkerød, where you will also spend time.

Salary and terms of employment are determined according to the applicable collective agreement and your qualifications.
