Anesthesiology Nurse for Operation South, Svendborg

We are looking for you as an anesthesia nurse as of 01.12.2026 or by agreement, for a permanent position. As a starting point, the position is 37 hours per week.

The South Operating Area is led by the Anesthesiology Intensive Care Department V, which is also responsible for intensive care, preparation and recovery as well as the operating area.

The operating area is divided into two wards in Svendborg and a daily standby in Nyborg.

At OUH Svendborg we staff daily 17 operating teams within the following specialties: urology, ear/nose/throat, abdominal surgery, orthopaedic surgery, gynecology/obstetrics, plastic vascular surgery as well as ECT treatment and DC conversion.

We work in several specialties with robot-assisted surgery.

Working hours are 07:30 - 15:30 or until 17:00. Evening on-call duty is from 15:15 - 22:15 in active duty and thereafter available from the on-call room.

On-call rosters must cover all acute functions such as cardiac arrest, medical emergency calls, cesarean section, transports etc.

Over a 12-week period you can expect 2-3 weekends, 4-6 shifts with recall from the on-call room.
