Responsible shop assistant sought for bakery outlet in Måløv (deputy manager)

We are seeking a service-minded and responsible colleague who will function as sous-chef, and therefore also as the store manager's right hand - in Måløv.

You will become part of a close collaboration with the store manager, where you function as a team and collectively ensure a well-run store, high quality and happy customers.

For us, good service is not only about efficient operation - but also about the good and friendly dialogue with customers, so they want to come back. In Måløv we have many wonderful regular customers, so presence and approachability are important.

Duties

• Act as the store manager's right hand
• Ensure high customer service and a good atmosphere in the store
• Be visible and lead on the floor together with the staff
• Contribute to shift planning and the formation of good teams
• Ensure that the store always looks neat, inviting and sales-ready
• Participate in handling the on-call phone - rotating with the store manager

Qualifications

• Experience from a shop, cafe or catering is an advantage, but not a requirement
• You thrive with responsibility and can keep an overview in a busy daily routine
• You focus on service, relationships and the good customer experience
• You are positive, engaged and a good role model for your colleagues
