Kylling & Co is a franchise chain with 17 stores mainly located in Midtjylland, offering tasty takeaway such as salads, sandwiches, chicken and bowls. We continuously develop our range and workflows so customers get good experiences – every time.

As a store manager you are not only responsible for your own store. Your ideas and experiences can also help develop the entire chain.

Your everyday life – with people and business in focus

You will be a visible and active leader who leads from the front and participates in daily life. You help prepare the food, greet customers with a smile and ensure that the shop is always inviting and ready for the day's tasks.

Your main tasks will be to

• Lead, motivate and develop the employees and create a strong team.
• Recruit, train and ensure a good introduction to new colleagues.
• Plan staffing and ensure efficient daily operations.
• Monitor budgets, key figures and the store's results.
• Ensure high quality in the products and good customer experiences.
• Improve workflows and contribute ideas for the development of the chain.

You will have a versatile leadership role where well-being, quality and good results go hand in hand.
