We are seeking a sharp, structured and quick-learning Junior Meta Ads Manager for a full-time position. The role is an entry-level job, which means that we are looking for someone who is completely green and new to the field – perhaps you have just graduated and stand knife-sharp with the theoretical knowledge, ready to translate it into results for our clients in the real world.

Your main tasks

While our creative specialists devise the cool concepts, it is you who builds the engine room and ensures that things run smoothly. Your tasks will include:

• Setup of Meta ads: You will be responsible for building and structuring campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, so they reach the right target audience.
• Data analysis and optimization: You monitor campaign performance, analyze the data and find the small adjustments that can create even better results.
• Technical ad hoc tasks: Tracking, pixel setup, troubleshooting and general technical support in connection with advertising.

Who are you?

As this is a junior position, we absolutely do not expect you to have a long CV filled with years of experience – on the contrary! As long as you have a good head on your shoulders and are 100% ready to learn, we will teach you everything you need to know.

We are looking for you who

• Maybe you are a recent graduate (e.g. in marketing, e-commerce, data or similar).
• Have a strong analytical sense and thrive with working with numbers.
• Are technically inclined and find it easy to get to grips with new systems and platforms.
• Are structured and detail-oriented – you catch the error before the campaign goes live.
• Have plenty of go-get-it attitude and are "max ready" to soak in knowledge and develop into becoming one of the industry’s best.
