Would you like to work purposefully to strengthen the organizing, recruit more members and increase the coverage of the collective agreement in HK Privat Sydjylland?

We are looking for a dedicated organizer for a full-time position starting 1 December 2026.

About the job

As an organizer, your main focus is to strengthen the sense of community in the workplaces, get more people to choose HK Private South Jutland, and work to ensure that more companies are covered by the collective agreement.

You will help establish contact with both members and potential members, and seek opportunities to strengthen the organizing. This happens both through telephone outreach and by visiting companies in person.

You should, among other things

• actively work to increase collective agreement coverage
• work to recruit more members for HK Private Sydjylland
• use and build data foundations as part of your work

The work as an organizer is dynamic and varied. You will have daily contact with members and potential members, and you should thrive in an outgoing environment. Part of the work happens on the phone and in the office, while another important part takes place out at the companies. You must therefore be willing to take the initiative to contact companies, and be proactive in your approach.

The work also involves occasional evening and weekend work as well as overnight stays away.

About you

You enjoy meeting many people every day, and you thrive on the fact that no two workdays are exactly alike. If you have experience from a similar position, that is an advantage. An HK professional education is a plus, but not a requirement.

About employment

You will have an office space and assignment at our office at Jupitervej 1 in Kolding, but you should expect travel activity across the HK South Jutland area. We offer a high degree of freedom in organizing the work, and there are generally good opportunities for flexibility.

A driver's license and your own car are necessary to carry out the job.

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and your personal qualifications. The starting salary is 38,490.92 DKK per month. In addition, we offer an employer-paid pension, holiday allowance, and a flex account at an attractive level.
