About the job

Do you want to help translate ambitions into concrete improvements for patients and staff? Do you thrive in facilitating development processes, generating momentum in complex projects, and collaborating closely with clinical leaders and staff?

Then you may be our new colleague in the Quality and Improvement Unit (KFE) at the Psychiatric Center Copenhagen.

Your role

As a quality and improvement consultant, you will be an important partner for the center's leadership and clinical departments. You will help identify improvement opportunities, translate data and knowledge into action, and ensure that development initiatives become concrete results in everyday practice.

You will work across the organization and play a central role in both larger strategic efforts and local improvement processes.

Your primary tasks will be to

  • Facilitate improvement and development processes in collaboration with clinical leaders and staff
  • Plan and conduct themed days, workshops and meetings
  • Drive and coordinate cross-cutting projects with a focus on clinical functionality, efficient workflows, and ongoing improvements within the center's strategic focus areas
  • Prepare analyses, decision papers and presentations for management and other stakeholders
  • Support the implementation of new workflows and assist management in ensuring anchoring of improvements
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and learning across the center's departments and sites

The position offers great scope for independence and influence, and you will have a varied daily life with many collaboration interfaces.

Who are you?

You have experience with quality, improvement or organizational development and are motivated by delivering results with others.

We imagine that you

  • Are structured and can maintain an overview in complex tasks and projects
  • Can translate analyses and data into concrete recommendations and actions
  • Are a skilled communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Thrive with independent responsibility and many collaborative relationships

Experience from the health care sector is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have proven experience in creating development and results in complex organizations.

Who are we?

The Quality and Improvement Unit consists of a committed and multidisciplinary team that works with quality, patient safety, improvement work, projects, organizational development and operations development. We work closely with the clinic on both development tasks and daily operations and focus on translating ideas, projects and new workflows into solutions that work in practice and create value for patients and staff.

We place a high emphasis on professional excellence, close collaboration and a high degree of autonomy. With us you will have colleagues who spar, help each other and share the ambition to create the best possible framework for patient care.

The position is full-time, with start date by agreement.

You will be employed in accordance with agreements for academics employed in regions, etc. - 33.01.1

You will have a fixed desk on the Bispebjerg campus, where the Quality and Improvement Unit and Administration are based. However, the work takes place across the center's many locations, giving you a varied everyday life close to both clinical operations and the staff who use the solutions in practice.

Application procedure and questions

The application deadline is December 6, 2026, and interviews are expected to be held in the morning of December 15 and 16.
