Are you a pedagogue, occupational therapist, or health care professional, and do you focus on both relationships and professional expertise? Then you are the one we need in our interdisciplinary team at the residential facility Holmehusene!

Holmehusene is in rapid development and works purposefully to create a sustainable and supportive offering with high professionalism, joy of life, and room for smiles. Here you will become part of a strong community where we value collaboration, reflection and humor in everyday life.

About Holmehusene

Holmehusene is a long-term social-pedagogical residential care facility for residents with acquired brain injury who need a 24/7 service. We have 16 residents who live in their own homes distributed across three houses on Holmegaardsbakken.

Our core task is clear: ” we succeed when residents use their resources, take as much ownership and responsibility for their own lives as possible.”

Therefore we seek staff who can contribute to our interdisciplinary collaboration and see the value in working from a common social-pedagogical foundation based on neuro-pedagogy and recovery-oriented rehabilitation.

We offer

  • A workplace with strong interdisciplinary collaboration
  • A work environment characterized by engagement, professional sparring, and humor
  • Opportunity to influence the development of Holmehusene's practice
  • A workplace where we focus on residents' resources, wishes and dreams

Your tasks

  • Personal care and support
  • Guidance and support for activities that support the resident's resources and interests
  • Collaboration with authorities, relatives and other professionals
  • Participation in meetings and documentation of the efforts
  • Development of communities that bring smiles and joy of life

We expect that you

  • Are trained as a pedagogue, occupational therapist or health care professional, and have an interest in our target group
  • Have strong relational skills and can work professionally
  • Want to develop and strengthen our interdisciplinary practice
  • Have knowledge of or interest in neuro-pedagogy and recovery-oriented rehabilitation
  • Are aware of your own strengths and development areas

Do you want to join the team?

As we are a 24-hour facility, working hours will be distributed across day, evening and weekend shifts with work every 2nd or 3rd weekend. We are also seeking a night shift, where you work 7 nights with 7 consecutive days off. This should be stated in your application which position you are applying for.

We look forward to receiving your application no later than 20.11.2026 . Interviews will be held on an ongoing basis.
