About the position

As a property administrator at Newsec, you will be responsible for a portfolio of owner- and co-ownership housing associations, which you ensure are run efficiently, financially responsibly and in accordance with the associations' bylaws. In daily administration you have an eye for detail and the good service; you naturally build good relationships and a sense of security with your partners, and you thrive on meeting your clients at the general meetings. You will be part of a strong team where we work closely together and help each other to create the best solutions for our customers.

Your main tasks will include

• Daily administration of your own portfolio and contact with boards and residents
• Responding to resident inquiries, by email and phone
• Daily advising to customers
• Coordination and conduct of general meetings
• Act as a liaison between Newsec and boards, residents and suppliers

About you

You have experience as a property administrator, and preferably with associations. You are characterized by a large, customer-oriented service mindset, and a proactive and positive approach to the tasks that land on your desk. You understand how to communicate with many different kinds of people, and can bring different areas of expertise into play.

In addition, we are looking for someone who

• Is able to meet tight deadlines, plan, create structure and complete tasks
• Masters handling of many different tasks, and maintains a solution-oriented approach
• Is good at collaborating with colleagues – both in your own team, and across the organization
• Has a natural interest in and curiosity about new tasks and people
