The schedule is on track.

The budget is on track.

All trades are coordinated.

And then it becomes Monday morning.

We are seeking more experienced project managers with a background in electrical trades who can manage larger electrical contracts from initial planning to final delivery.

🔌 ELECTRIC IS NOT JUST WHAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR – IT MUST BE YOUR DISCIPLINE

You must have solid experience from the electrical industry and know electrical installations and applicable standards inside out.

In addition, you should have experience with project management and oversight of larger electrical contracts .

Knowledge of piece-rate work and production management is also an important part of the profile.

So we are not looking for a project manager who has to learn the electrical trade along the way.

You must be able to speak the same professional language as the people on site.

🏗️ FROM START TO HANDOVER

You will take a central role with responsibility for, among other things

• Staff and resources
• Planning and coordination
• Construction meetings and design meetings
• Finance and follow-up
• Quality assurance
• Documentation
• Dialogue with the client and consultants
• Progress
• Delivery

Of course, it requires structure.

But it also requires that you can prioritize, communicate and make decisions when something unexpected happens.

For a larger project, the schedule has never been changed to accommodate the project manager's tempo.
